Nicholas Gizuk and his winemaking team invite you to celebrate Icewine Harvest. Join us for an unforgettable experience of pairing seasonal ingredients with our award-winning wines. The evening will begin with a Sparkling Icewine with artisanal cheese and charcuterie reception, followed by a four-course tasting menu at Canada’s original estate winery. Paired wines will include current releases, as well as an exclusive back vintage wine from the Inniskillin Library.

For three weekends in January, the Niagara region is transformed into a wintery wonderland, celebrating one of Canada’s most cherished products, Ontario Icewine. From the Niagara Icewine Gala to wine and culinary pairings featured in the Niagara Icewine Discovery Pass, and Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Icewine Village, Icewine fans will be able to taste and experience the world’s largest Icewine celebration.
